The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

Hi Y'all!! Yes, yes, I know it's February and I haven't posted anything since November. I get distracted, ok? But I thought I'd give you a real quick update on the Christmas season, because after all, it is the most wonderful time of the year!

Some highlights of this Christmas included:

• A road trip to Utah to see my family and spend the day with them.
• Getting to witness a few of our friends tying the knot.
• Christmas movies, because DUH!
• One of my best friends giving birth to a beautiful, sweet baby boy! 
• A pedicure with another bestie. (Jalissa)
• Zachary successfully finishing another semester of school! (Yay! Only two to go!)
• SNOWMOBILING!!!!!!!!! Lots of snowmobiling. (Fun Fact: I got frost bite on our snow mobile adventure on Christmas day! My mask slipped down off my nose and it was a good 10 minutes before I could stop and re-adjust. By then it was too late and I had a brown spot on my nose for the rest of the week. It hurt! This is highly NOT recommended by me.)
• Spending time together.
• Seeing Lydia get giddy at the thought of Santa Claus and reindeer.
• Hearing my sweet Zachary perform a stunning arrangement of O Holy Night.
• Shopping!
• Serving the widows.
• And of course, the sweet reminders throughout the month of the reason we have Christmas in the first place. I am so grateful our Savior was born into the world and sacrificed all that He did so we can have joy in this life, and return to live with our Heavenly Father again someday.

I'm already counting down the months til next Christmas!
